PROCEDURE, SCHEDULE, ORGANIZATION
The courses or internships are carried out during sessions with a variable number of hours depending on weather conditions and the objectives of the student and their instructor. The instructor is free to choose the time, the organization of these lessons, as well as the material resources to be put in place. It may be necessary to modify the schedule and the educational objectives of each trainee according to weather conditions,
the trainee's aspirations or other parameters.
The schedules described in the organization are intended to help you organize and make the most of your free time, but are not contractual. Lessons can be taken between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. depending on the tides, wind conditions, and especially the wind. The intern must be ready and available for these schedule changes, otherwise his absence will not result in any postponement or reimbursement. Some sailing courses may be longer in order to anticipate or compensate for days when the wind conditions are less favorable. Their duration will be taken into account in the hourly total of the course.

POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION
Cancelation Course by the student
cancelations by the trainee are possible with the prior agreement of both parties under the following conditions:
A course canceled 1 week before the start of the first scheduled course will be fully refunded.
A course canceled between 1 week and 2 days before the course will be retained the reservation deposit.
A course canceled the day before must be paid for half of the service.
A course canceled the day will not be refund or must be paid full of the service.
the cancelation, on the same day of the lesson, on the part of the student entails a total loss of the price of the course.
the course duration
the course will take 3 hours. Any internship started is due in full. A no-show for a course for which you are registered will result in the full billing of this course or the counting of the hours worked that day by the instructor in charge of the course.
Equipment breakage
In level 1, 2, and 3 packages
you are not yet independent. Unless the instructions given are not respected, we take charge of it.
In independant development or rental :
you begin to be autonomous and responsible on the material level. You will choose yourself, with our advice, your kite and board, in a top-of-the-range park in perfect condition. Therefore, the damage or loss is entirely at your expense and you will be charged in full. A deposit of 800 € may be requested from you during the course.
Wind guarantee
Refund The courses are structured on hourly durations. We operate on a quota of a session of 3 hours per course, this schedule includes: preparation, briefing, course, debriefing.
In the event of weather conditions not allowing the practice of the activity, the lessons will not be charged. If the conditions change during a course that does not allow the completion of the full course, a pro rata of the duration will be calculated, with the possibility for the student to be reimbursed for the difference ( on the rate of 70 $ / hour ) , or to postpone the duration to another course with more favorable conditions.
The rate of refund is 70 $ / hour if lesson was paid by advance .
RISKS INHERENT TO ACTIVITY
Kitesurfing is a rather recent and constantly evolving sliding sport in the great outdoors. Technical developments have improved accessibility and safety for the practitioner. Kitesurfing nevertheless remains a risky sport. The kite is a device that can cause serious injuries and lead to the death of the practitioner. Thus, the rules and instructions given by the teacher must always be scrupulously observed. Kitesurfing is a sport in the great outdoors that involves open natural spaces whose limits must be respected. Kitesurfing is a sport dependent on weather conditions which are inherently random and sometimes unpredictable.

You are on a kitesurfing course and you agree to respect: the instructor's instructions, the safety rules and advice given to you, the equipment entrusted to you, the sites and the environment in which you will operate. COMMITMENT
These general conditions constitute a reciprocal contract of engagement of the two parties. The school undertakes to comply with the terms of these general conditions at a minimum. When another business decision is applied, it is always reached amicably between the trainee and his instructor. If it is different it can only be more advantageous for the benefit of the trainee.
By registering you agree to accept and respect the above conditions, you certify to be medically and physically fit for the practice of kitesurfing and to be able to dive and swim at least 50 meters. Booking or taking a course implies full and unrestricted agreement to these general conditions of sale.
