KBS is glad to offer the best kite equipment for your next kite surf session in Bavaro/Punta Cana. All rentals are subject to terms and a deposit. You must have an independent IKO level 3N and be able to ride up wind. To make sure you got this level, the guests have to bring their own IKO kite certification. If you do not have an IKO Kiteboarders Card then a short assessment will be given from one of our IKO kitesurf instructor and we will then certify you with IKO if you have the required knowledge and skills.

This evaluation / certification will be completed for a fee of 20 $ USD.

The full rental package (Kite and Board) includes all the safety gear:

Helmet, Life jacket, Harness, Leash.

important: a CLUB ACCESS FEE OF 10$ per day WILL BE CHARGED in addition to your rental cost. THIS FEE IS FOR THE ASSISTANCE AND SERVICES YOU WILL GET ON SITE. (Launch, landing, rescue, SHOWERS) etc. IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE AT ALL AND DON’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT KITE SURFING, PLEASE, BE HONEST AND TELL US!! DON’T RENT EQUIPMENT FROM US THINKING YOU CAN DO IT, YOU CANT!!

PLEASE NOTE: UNFORTUNATELY, WE’RE NOT TREE CLIMBERS AND WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OWN OR OPERATE A CRANE! we can’t BRING YOU DOWN FROM A COCONUT TREE!! PLEASE, LET US TEACH YOU CORRECTLY TO AVOID SHAME AND uncomfortable, painful and discouraging feelings!!
